TGIF Sunshine Hike includes:
6:20am meet up, 6:30am hike start time
10 min centering & movement practice
3.5 mile guided hike, paced at a 25min mile
Headlamp provided for the April hikes
Water and snacks
5 min cool down
$12 drop in, $40 4-hike pack
