What to Expect

  • A trail sign in a rocky outdoor area, stating, 'You must stay on the trail. Keep off the Tundra. Do not follow wildlife.'

    What to expect:

    Everyone will meet at a designated area near the trailhead.

    After a quick meet & greet Mariah will lead everyone through a 15-20 min yoga class then we hit the trail! Plenty of water, snack and stretch breaks will be offered throughout the hike.

    After we finish hiking, we’ll come back for one last yoga/stretch then enjoy some lunch provided by Sunshine Hikes!

    Recommended pack list:

    • Water bottle
    • Sunscreen
    • Bug spray
    • Hat
    • Sunglasses
    • Favorite hiking snack (we’ll have snacks, but if you have a specific snack, by all means, bring it!)
    • Tissues and/or Kula Cloth (some trails have a bathroom, but ya never know..)
    • Plastic/paper bag for hiking shoes. In case your shoes get muddy/wet & you don’t wanna dirty your car
    • Sneakers with good traction OR hiking boots

    • Extra pair of sneaks or sandals to wear on the ride home :)
