Grounded in the belief that a meaningful connection to nature is essential for a healthy, balanced life— Sunshine Hikes’ Mindful Outdoor Experiences (MOE) blend elements of forest bathing, nature meditation, and mindfulness.
This 45-60 minute experience is thoughtfully designed to help participants slow down, unplug, and fully immerse themselves in the natural world. Through gentle prompts and sensory awareness practices, I guide participants to tune into sight, sound, touch, and breath—creating space to experience nature more deeply and with intention.
