Celebrate the Summer Solstice- the longest day of the year- outdoors with a hike through Wissahickon Valley Park.
Yes, the actual Summer Solstice is Sunday June 21st, but we’re celebrating on Wednesday!

This hike offers a chance to spend extra time outdoors, savoring the extra sunlight from the longest day of the year! We’ll move at an easy, unhurried pace, taking time to engage our senses and fully soak in the surrounding nature and early light, experiencing the park in ways we may not have before.

Please note — This hike will follow a 30 min mile pace and will be roughly 3 miles. Estimated end time, 7:30pm

  • 3 mile guided hike through the Wissahickon
