Celebrate the Summer Solstice- the longest day of the year- outdoors with a morning hike through Wissahickon Valley Park.
This hike offers a chance to spend extra time outdoors, savoring the extra sunlight from the longest day of the year! We’ll move at an easy, unhurried pace, taking time to engage our senses and fully soak in the surrounding nature and early light, experiencing the park in ways we may not have before.
**The Summer Solstice actually takes place on 6/21 which aligns with Fathers Day—to not take time away from your families we’ll hike and celebrate the day before.

Please note — This hike will follow a 30 min mile pace and will be roughly 3.5 miles. Estimated end time, 11:45am.
