Please note — This hike will follow a 30 min mile pace and will be roughly 4 miles.
Sunshine Birthday Hike includes:
20 min centering practice
Stretching & movement practice
4 mile guided hike, estimated end time 11:45am**
Snacks & stretch breaks throughout the hike
10 min cool down
